• Complying with applicable laws and regulations in the countries of origin and destination
• Designating authorized representatives for collection and delivery

5. Insurance

Insurance arrangements depend on the specific shipment, transportation route, carrier, and applicable terms. CryoGene Global does not automatically represent that every shipment includes insurance for biological material or its potential loss. Insurance options and responsibilities should be confirmed before transportation is arranged.

6. Limitation of Liability

CryoGene Global acts as a coordinator of transportation services. While we exercise reasonable care in planning and coordinating shipments, international transportation can involve circumstances outside our direct control, including flight changes, airline restrictions, customs procedures, weather, and other operational disruptions. CryoGene Global shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from such circumstances or from the actions of third parties, including carriers, customs authorities, or facilities.
